meh

hey guys :]
sorry ive been gone a few days, i was hiding in a cave eating my feelings away. i ate so much, like the sight of it would make all you beautiful people sick.
i put on 2lbs.

i am 134lbs.
fuckkkkkkshittyshit!

i have this friend, and 6 weeks ago, we were both 9.13 stone. we vowed to lose weight together.
today she said she was 8.10
i am 9.6? ohmygawd i am so fat! fat asssss! fatfatfatfatfatfatfat!!!
wtf?
i did get down to 9.3 last week but thats the best ive done in a while :[

my goal, get to 8.13...just under 9stone. then i'll be happy.

btw before i forget, ive decided to re-join the gym next week. well if i have money, i will. my friend lost a stone in 6 weeks by going gym everyday and eating 1 meal a day. me thinks i shall give that a go.

so how is everyone?

guys, i need help. after my 5day bingefest, i cant seem to stop eating. i tried to purge today but couldnt bring anything up. like i just can't throw up. its really frustrating. [but its probably for the best, because ive been trying to stop purging for ages]

so any tips to avoid cravings?

UPDATE;i have decided... starting tomorrow, i am only eating dinner..at 5pm. it will be 500cals or less. through out the day i will have nothing. just water or diet coke, nothing with calories in it.

i am 134lbs. i am sick and tired of being fat. i hate it! i want to be thin, now. :'(

    but omg I'm doing the same as youu, for the past few days I've been just binging and binging and I have no clue whyyy! i don't know what to do ):
    but we'll get through it! because binges never last forever! and then we'll be beautiful and thin(:

  2. A stone is 14 lbs.

    When i'm having a hard time purging, I buy laxatives. It gives me the same empty feeling. just takes a bit longer.

  4. When I have a craving I slice off a THIN slice of raw ginger root and just chew on it, its a natural anti-appetizer.

  5. when i get cravings i always drink a load of diet soda..no calories and it fills you up! or try cup soups coz they've got about 100cal, serve as a meal AND are super filling
