crappy times

okays so abc is crap, i binged/purged more this weekend than i have in the past month.

today...
i had veggie soup for lunch. an a fruit smoothie.

then a sandwish when i got home, which i purged.
dinner [if i have any] will be purged fuckfuckfuckmylife!!!!

i was reading a blog yesterday, and this girl has so much control. i was jealous.

i couldnt help but read all her posts from the last few months and i was able to compare her to me, see where ive been going wrong. she's 95lbsbtw.

when i do good [eg.lose 10lbs]. i reward myself. which ussually takes me back to my start weight and so i try my best to lose it, then i binge again.. and on and on...

what she does is, if she fails, she gyms it like crazy and looks forward to the next day.

just thought i'd share.

  1. Don't worry, if you ease into the ABCdiet it'll work. If you only have veggies for a few days first, or start restricting.
    She sounds like she has iron control! What is her blog address? I need some of her inspiration :P
