goals & proana diets

i am setting goals, and i will get them.
this week i must loose 8 lbs.
must get to 132.
plan..

monday- liquid fast. anything liquid, (not including soup or smoothies or any dairy)

tuesday- 500 calories.. [only dinner] (no dairy or meat)

wednesday- liquids (no dairy)

thursday- 500 cals .. [only dinner]

friday- soup for lunch.

sat- liquids

sunday- weigh in

must be 132!
