the more guilty i feel.
i'm not doing enough of anything.
its like this is far too easy.
i'm not feeling challenged enough.
i want to do something more..i dunno,
..harder?
i did 350 situps before bed last night, and a few pressups. (i want to do the same today)
this morning i had lost no weight.
i want to fast tomorrow. a water fast for a day.
i dont know if i'm strong enough though.
bf- cornflakes with water
lunch- veg soup.
snack- cornflakes with water
dinner- a few chips and sweetcorn [ew]
