it feels weird, i dont crave anything.
hmm..
umm the water fast went ok yday. i drank on water up till 5:00 when i caved in and had a bowl of cornflakes with water and banana. then for dinner i had a plate of rice. i felt so guitly. i am such a failure.
today i had soup for lunch. then cornflakes after school, this time with soya milk. and i had a small bowl of rice for dinner.
i know i'm defo doing somthing wrong because i'm gaining weight, despite walking 30 mins a day (fast pace)
its not fair, i'm 139 lbs! how? fucking hell, ive been stagnant ont he same weight of 136, and now i miraculously add on 3 lbs?
ahh man! :[ i am not a happy bunny!
i need to start being persistent in the plans i make, its the whole reason i'm doing this 40 day fast. i need to learn to say no.
tomorrow is a water day..i will not let anything hinder my progress.
i need to do it, for my own good, i cannot..get into..the ..40s :[

no wonder i'm so fucking fat. :{

keep at it and don't let it get you down- the body is verrrry odd, is it near your time of the month? I gain water weight 2 weeks from my last period and 2 weeks before my next one (ovulation). Maybe? So don't worry :-) H x
