8/40


i havent fucked up yet.
but i am still gaining, :'[
i am now 140.
i hve put on 8lbs in 2 weeks-ish.
i think i need to start skipping meals, or kick up my exercises.
i do 30 mins walking home from school and 300 situps and leglifts before bed...everyday!

i'm gonna cut my portions in half from now on.
i think i'm getting too excited that i havent cracked and eaten the 'evil food'
and this is resulting in me eating larger portions of 'right food'. [rice is now added to my list because its what ive been eating the most] i must avoid!

ahh man.also it is nearly my time of the month..[ugh i shudder at the thought of being on my period, i wish i was a boy]

but yeah, maybe i'm retaining a bit of water, but c'mon 8 lbs?
there is something wrong! i must lose 8 lbs! i must be 132 again, then i can start focusing on getting to 120s again. i miss the thrill of being only 2 lbs away from the 20s. i want it back!

  1. seeeriously girl i can gain up to 5lb when it's coming up to that time of the month! At least it seems like you're on top of it, you can get rid of it for sure :-) H x
