bf- cornflakes with water
lunch- vegetable soup
snack - anothet small bowl of ccornflakes&banana&apple&pear
dinner- small bowl of rice

i know the calories are still high, but i just want to teach myself to say no to my biggest temptations first. then bring calories down.

This is a really good way of doing things. I think I may join you on this- since mum is watching what i'm eating and i HAVE to eat, I may as well eat well. Well done for day 4, good luck :) H x

How is it eating the cereal with water instead of milk? I havent tried that before. I am thinking i might dilute my milk with water, which would bring calories down.
