
anywayyssss...hello!! :) how have you lovely people been? i am now back fighting stronger than ever.
umm, so my week has been okay. i only had one binge-ish day...if you call just over 2000 cals binge. and the rest remained at 1500 cals. i know its still a lot.. :/
but yeah i still went to the gym every other day...give me a break!
been going gym nearly two weeks now... (wow doesnt feel like its been that long- guess time does fly when you're having fun) i ahve been very good at attending the gym. i did allow myself the occasional off day- but never was it 2 days off..i refuse to go back to being the lazy person i was.
and guess what..it is definetly paying off, my favourite pair of jeans have become very loose. i will have to start wearing a belt with them soon :D
but i am pissed off at the fact that my scale gives me 10 different weights in one weigh in. its so frustrating. i think my house was built slanted because in different parts of my room/bathroom, it gives me different reAdings.
and i dunno if its just me, but i can't weigh at the gym. i see girls weighing themselves after every machine they go on. i just can't. i think its the fact that 1) i haven't just woken up so i'm not at my lightest and have defo eaten/drank/breathed.
2) i'm not butt naked. i can't weigh with anything on, call me a weirdo as you may... but i can't step on a scale with clothes on.
so weighing at the gym is a NO. i will defo try and find some way of weighing myself very soon. but until then, i will continue to keep my progress with clothes. it seems to be working well enough and its not demotivating at all.
i really missed reading all your blogs and will be catching up on very soon. :)
sooo... i hav ea plan for the week, i want to keep at 500 cals for 7 days.
i think it will be a very good test for my strenght, and i hope i can do it! i will keep you guys posted, but i want to have dropped atleast half a stone by my next weigh in- whenever that will be.

Wow, it sounds like your doing really well, and your happy, the scale thing sounds slightly annoying on your behalf though, but, your so strong, I know you can do this, and reach whatever goals you like, I hope your okay, x.

ReplyDeleteAww jen. Ya my scale is crappy to and it does different on a carpet versus a hardwood floor. So I try to keep my scale in the same place. Ya. But 500 cals for 7 days is great. <3 you. Stay strong.
ReplyDeleteScales are irritating, but the real progress is stuff like your jeans getting loose!!!! Haha. 500 cals a day sounds pretty awesome. You, me, and GTMS-Becca can do it together!!!!! It sounds very controllagized (hahahaha). Good work with the gym too, I'm so proud!! Oh and btw, I can't weigh with clothes on later because you keep trying to guess how much your clothes weigh!! "Eaten/drank/breathed" LMAO, my sentiments exactly.

*sigh* I have the same exact problem with my scale. It jumps around sooo much that I have decided to just stick with the first weight it says or I'm just not going to weigh myself at all. And you aren't alone with the having to weigh yourself in the morning and naked haha. I wish I could have joined you guys on the 500 cals but alas, I believe it's too late. Let me know if anyone plans to start a fast, I'd be ALL OVER THAT. Fasting right now actually haha, anyone wanna join me?
