okay guys, its 5:00am and i've been sitting here since 3am watching TV. i think there is something wrong with me. for the last 3 days i've not been sleeping properly. since i started going gym.coincidence?
i dunno why,i mean the first day i couldn't sleep because i was looking forward to going gym so much.thats not new, i'm always over excited, like always before the fist day of school i will wake up every hour to check whether its time to wake up yet...weird i KNow!
after the first day of GYM i was really tired but still couldnt sleep. today i also can't sleep.i took my mum's pain-killers which are meant to make you feel drowsy..and relax your muscles. as i type, i feel very tired especally after the 2 hours of gym and 1hour of aerobics i did today(burnt approximately 1088cals). i thought i'd be more sleepy by doing more exercise...
this is scary.. i love sleep. i mean i ahve stayed up late many a times before, but that was voluntarily. this isn't
ugh! ughgghghgghghghgh! <- (that's an "i'm so frustrated noise")
yumm..i want those legs >>

maybe i should cut down on exercise? maybe i should step it up a notch?
does staying up help you lose weight? oooh.. i now have soemthing to do with my time since there is nothing good on TV, i will google it and see if it does help.
hehe i'll let you guys know. && if you do already know..share your views with mee :)
love you guys!!!
okay UPDATE: i couldnt publish this post before because my internet decided to fuckup!
it is noW 7:55 am and i am still sitting here. i managed to get all my homework done and also get some revision done. i'm quite proud.i feel much better now, i feel relif. my mum just woke up and told me for the 1-2 hours i slept, i was sleep talking. i ussually sleep talk when there is something troubling my mind (sometimes it gets so bad, i sleep walk). she said how i was shouting out my gym programme and how i needed to do my homework otherwise i'd get in trouble with my techers. she said i sounded angry and agitated.
i found it quite funny, however it could be the reason i couldnt sleep. i was very worried that i wouldnt have time to do my homework as i always get home very tired from gym and i have to babysit my lil bro and sis as my mum has been very unwell lately.. so yeah, i've had no social life this half-term.
umm, i still feel wide awake and i think i'm going crazy.. but other than that, its all GooOOOooOOd! :P
to the guys on the other side of the globe, i hope you are having a good yesterday, to the guys on this side, you're probably still asleep as you are all normal.. unlike me :/

I can't believe how many caslories you're burning and how much you're working out! Thats amazing and it makes me feel really lazy! what a thinspiration, you skinny mini! holy cow!!
ReplyDeleteI used to have *terrible* insomnia, my mind didnt stop and I just worry worry worried- but, then I got some really strong medicine and I sleep like a little baby! hah!
Well, at least you were productive with your insomnia, LOL. :)
ReplyDeleteUm I know working out gets your blood pumping, so that gives more energy. It also releases endorphins that make you happy!
I think you were awake because of the homework stress. Sometimes if I have a big exam I'm totally stressing over I won't go to sleep for HOURS. So I think that's it.
Great job with the exercise babe, keep up the good work!!!!
Love you,
Scarlet<3
That frustrated noise followed by "yum i want those legs"=cuteness! Lol.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you haven't been sleeping. I know that restricting calories is notorious fpr causing insomnia. It always does in me... maybe it'll go away eventually? I hope so.
Oh Jen. You are so amazing and inspiring. I wish I wasn't so lazy and did my homework and worked out. Acctualy its the same with me. I stay up late on purpous normally but when im working out i cant sleep either. I think this post is giving me reson to work out. :) Your the best.
ReplyDeleteoh, i do hope you are able to sleep soon. it may be anxiety keeping you awake. i would give you tips to relax, but we all know i'm not exactly pristine in that area.
