hello guys! umm, so my week has been going very very great. i have been pushing myself really hard at the gym, and trying my best to eat very little. i did say i was keeping to 500 cals a day, for the next 7 days. that sorta flopped along the way because pms hit on monday. i normally eat lots before, and then lose my appetite and throw up everything the first few days. (and the cramps are a fucking piss take). so i know my calorie counting was fucked up, and i was to busy feeling sick to care (sorry)
so yeah, the last two weeks haven't been great for me.
but i went gym today and took two exercise classes. i know, i was desparate to pay back for missing 3 days off gym. i also ran for 20 mins on treadmill.
so .. aerobics- 450cals
powerpump (weights aerobics)- 500 cals
running on treadmill- 200 cals
= 1150cals BURNT!!! WAHOOO!! ( and i can definetly feel it!)
yaaay
calories consumed today= 700 cals
hope you guys are doing well, and as i always have to say- I FUCKING LOVE YOU!!!!!!!! <3

Hey, I think you made up for anything you might have eaten off schedule. Even if you do slip, the important thing is to cancel it out and then make an effort to do better, which you are definetly doing babe! Good work on all the gym time too!!!

Oh by the way the whole thing with the homeless guy was one of those odd dreams. (I hope) haha, no I live in a small town so no homeless guys near my house or parks with benches. Well our park has benches but if you wanted to you could steal them. Of course, who would steal a bench. Like I said it's way coco in my head so... But thanks so much for your comment.
