i ache all over :*(

i've been very busy.doing nothing.i hope you guys have been okay.
umm, so today i started the gym today properly. i couldnt go all weekend because i had to be inducted first. and the stupid induction people were all booked up till today. umm, so i went and this guy instructor person showed me everything. i was very excited. umm, he then asked me my short and long term goals and offered to make me a workout programme to help me achieve them. he said he would check up on me in 4 weeks.

he wrote a bunch of exercises down, and i took roughly under an hour to finish them. he said if i am looking for quick results i should do atleast 30mins of treadmill afterwards.
i got a bit carried away and did like an hour, i was enjoying myself to much.
so i burned about 700 calories altogether.
and i ache like HELL! :(
my friend came with me, and we promised each other we'd help eachother stay on track. so we're going everyday this week, then starting next week, it will be 5 times a week.
also we get access to the sauna and steam room free, and the swimming pool. it sounds exciting doesnt it... my friend was begging me to go, and i felt so bad, btu i really can;t with all the cuts on my arm. they are nearly faded out, but not completely gone. i regret what i did so much. i also have some more recent ones on my thighs and i just can't bear the thought of one of my best friends finding out. i don't know what i woudl say.. it would be so embarrassing. :( so untill they are gone, the pool is out of bounds for me.
i am confident that i will keep to the gym programme... mainly because i'm paying for it :(
it hurts more when there is money involved.
have a good day loves! xxxxxx

  2. Wow, that's awesome! I mean, it sucks that you ache, but beauty from pain right? The cuts will fade, and now that you have the gym membership you can take out excess emotions on the tredmill(though I loooove the elliptical myself!). It's so great that you have someone THERE to really physically be at the gym with you, it's awesome motivation. :)
    Good luck babe!
    Love you,

  3. Wow that's amazing. You're super strong to get in all that exercise!
I never go swimming with anyone either, but its because i hate the thought of anyone seeing all of my fat crammed into a bathing suit. :/ My go-to excuse is that i really don't like water.
Stay strong, darling. I'm sure you'll see fantastic results from your gym time.

  4. holy moly! what a workout! sometimes my husband makes me go jogging with him, but other than that i mostly stick to pilates when i workout, which I admit is not even close to being as often as it should be! you've actually just inspired me to work out!
