day 1 went well, i kept under my calories for the day, and i also went gym. i am happy.thankyou for your support you gave me in my last post when i really needed you. i felt so much better when i read your comments.

I don't know if I can stick to it completely this weekend with so much family coming in (rude family, too! ugh!) but I'll try really really hard and just pick up where I left off! Today I certainly had more than 500 calories, but tomorrow should be easy breezy!

I actually am starting a new fast today, my other one crumbled in my fingers due to the food my friends were shoving down my throat
I am starting the ABC Diet today, and so far I have had nothing which makes me as if i could fly ^.^
I have a feeling with the ABC thing, I'm going to insert more fasting days haha. Like just thinking about that one day when 800 calories is allowed makes me sick =\ good thing? bad thing?
i dont know lol, anywho, good luck to everyone that is doing BootCamp right now, and keep up the good work to you <3
