just keep swimming

guys, i'm really sorry i haven't been bloggin as much as i said i would, but i've had a lot of school work.
also remember when i said i'd be moving house soon, well we haven't moved yet and we're still packing our stuff. :(
soo loong.
anyways i know i said i'd restart the abc
but i got some advice from a few of you which i thought was really nice..thankyou.
i thought about the depression i go through after failing at it and how much i feel as if i've failed. its not worthit
however, i also like the stability it gives me, like i feel like i'm doing something and not just waiting for it to happen. i agree it is hard but after a whole day of sticking to it, it feel like an achievement and i love it.
so i will do the abc + 500 cals.
i know its a loooot of calories but i will bring it down in time.
because if i'm not doing 0-800cals on abc, then i'm eating 2000 cals on a normal day and keeping it, or i'm binge/purging, which is so not the direction i want.

so tomorrow is a 1000 cals day.
i will catch up on your blogs very soon as i always do.PROMISE

  1. Hey, i think thats a good idea. Abc can be really hard, especialy when you fail after like the tenth day(n).
And although 1000 calories does sound like alot, when you add up all the calories of a normal day it is probly more than that. I think your restricting plans are more realistic and achievable!
    Good luck:):)

  2. i think your modified version of the abc is a great idea! i've never heard of anyone finishing the abc and i think that's because it's pretty much impossible. your change seems healthy and reasonable and i know you're going to do fantastic at it! good luck, lovely!! i support you 100000%!

  4. I agree so much with you about the ABC, it just makes you feel worse. The way you're doing it is so much more reasonable and achievable, and so I wish you the besttttt of luck (:

  7. I think its a great idea. And just think about it this way. A pound = 3500 calories. If you cut out 500 calories a day from your normal diet 500x7= a pound! So even if you're cutting out from whatever you normally eat, be it around 2000, you'll lose weight. I know that if I start bingeing I can't just all the sudden stop eating. I have to slowly go back. I think you're making a great decision! Can't wait to read your progress
