LIKE SERIOUSLY, WHAT IS THE FUCKING POINT?

I WEIGH AS MUCH AS I DID BACK IN JULY!

    Don't worry about it, it'll come off and you'll get back down again. No loss is neither good nor disastrous - you can go 2 ways so choose the good way xxx

  3. If you just weighed then it could still be that your bloated, try not to worry about the day to day changes. your weight'll come off again in no time.

  4. Just keep pushing and make rules for yourself. Try adding things that boost your metabolism like apple cider vinegar, ginger tea, cinnamon tea,and the like. Just buckle down and step up workouts. And Natxx is right, it will come off in time. just stay strong and never give up. You're doing great.

  6. it may be a tough time, but you've gotten your weight down once, you know its not impossible.

    i usually try small goals, one day at a time.
