meh!

today i woke up a pound lighter. i was 134.3 lbs.
i was so happy. not 135lbs anymore.
i had a small breakfast, no more than 200 cals.
- cornflakes and a cuppa tea.
i was happy!

then came lunch. i had another cup of tea, and decided to treat myself a piece of bread, you know since id lost a pound! how fucking stupid!
so i had a piece of bread and a bagel.
i felt so crappy. so then i had 2 biscuits.

meh!

so now i'm trying to calculate how many cals that was.
i hate myself so much!! so so much!
the reason i'm trying to cut bread out of my diet is because no matter how little of it i eat, i still feel like such a loser. i have decided that i hate bread. i hate everything about it, its taste, its disgusting texture, its stupid colour, its maker, EVERY FUCKING THING ABOUT IT! I WILL NEVER EVER EAT ANY BREAD AGAIN BECAUSE ITS NOTHING BUT CRAP!
96 CALS IN 1 PIECE, NO FUCKING WAY M8. I'D RATHER EAT 2 APPLES.

now the rant is over!

aarg i am 1 pound lighter today!
yesterday i had nothign for breakfast, i had a tuna salad for lunch and a carrot for a snack. and a random fishfinger beause i felt a bit pecky at dinner time. (i know i said no dinner)

oh yeah and like 10 cups of coffee.

today, after my major failageness, i am planning on not having dinner, and hopefully maintaining my 134.3 :P

  1. Hear hear! Also in my book bread has like no nutritional value. It's just substance! I'm sure you're gonna definitely maintain and probably lose tomorrow!! You can do it babe!!!

    PS: you know it's so funny I was thinking of you today because I was listening to The Killers "Jenny was a friend of mine" I swear I think of you everytime I hear that song!! Lol :)

  2. Bread is ridiculous stuff. It seems like once i eat a piece i need another... and another.. and another. And why? It's not like it really even has a taste to it! Stay strong and stay away from that cursed bread. You'll do great.

    When I binge I always eat bread. I hate the stuff.
    We'll cut it out together!
    ANd the no dinner thing is a great idea and I would do that too if my parents weren't watching my every move.
    They discovered my blog. Life is lovely isn't it?
