focus time!!

omg, okay... its just dawned on me that its june tomorrow!
like...uh didnt we just count down to 2010? its already been half a year?
and what do i have to show for it? a 10lbs loss? from 145-135.. pathetic!
fuck it, i wanted to have lost 20lbs by this time.

so now its going down!
i cant be a failure anymore.

today- 61.5 kg = 135.3 lbs

goal for june- 59kg = 129.8 lbs

method :
1) lots and lots of coffee
2) gallons of water
3) NO DINNER!
4) NO BREAD!

i don't have a colorie restriction, it just cannot be over 1000 a day. but as long as theres no bread in my diet, i think i'll be fine with that.

  2. I just noticed it was june too and am in a bit of a panic. so i guess we'll stop failing togehter :)

  3. Omg I was thinking the same thing about june!!!! I was like dammit I only have three months until I completely miss my goal!!!
    No dinner and no bread is a great method. Bread is evil and I always eat waayyy too much of it!!
    Omg lady gaga is amazing!!!!!! Haha only the american stuff comes out here first but you guys have all the brit stuff first!!! Kate nash, lily allen, jay sean...
    I am loving B.o.B's airplanes tho: if we pretend that airplanes in the night sky were like shooting stars, I could really use a wish right now wish right now wish right now...
    Haley williams vocals are totally killer in that song!!!

  4. Hey 10 lbs is better than i've ever done so don't be too down on yourself. And cuttimg bread out of your diet is sure to produce some results. It even helpd non-ED people with weight loss. Stay strong, darling!
