feeling..okay.
not eating after 5 was hard. so hard i extended it to 5:30.
i am so pathetic. i hate myself.
umm,
my intake is normally like this:

bf- cornflakes with water
L- sandwich/salad
4:30pm- cornflakes with water
maybe an apple and cuppa tea in the evening.

its not helping though. i am still 133.

i need to put some exercise into this plan.
maybe, just maybe then..i will see a change!

okok so i need to be enthusiastic. MUCH MORE ENTHUSIASTIC!!!
i was ranting to my friend about my weight, and she said...
'you don't want to lose weight'
and i was like 'uuhh..yeah i do'
and she said.. 'you have wanted to lose weight for like 2 years now,if you wanted it that bad you would have done it by now. you would be like 100lbs if you'd done anything/everything right. find a reason to do it, a good one, a motivating one. then, and only then will you actually do it.'

so, i have decided, i am doing it to fit into a size 6 jeans (uk)
now i am a size 10-12.
my goal is to be 8-10. very very soon. then 6-8.
i need to do this!!!

  1. sorry you're upset you extended the time to 5:30, but at least you kept your intake low.

    exercise would certainly help - plus no one really wants to be skinny-fat

    Don't beat yourself up too much for extending to 5:30PM, that's still impressive :)

    I hope your friend said that comment in a nice way. It's true but still no one likes to hear that.

  3. The exercise will definitely help you out. Heck, i was so lazy there for a while that even just getting back to going to my job every day has shown me some progress. Stay strong, hunny. Show that friend just how much she misunderstood your desire for weight loss. I know you can do it!

  4. You can do this. And I disagree....we all want to do it but its hard. If we could go cold turkey it would be soo much easier but because we have to eat eventually it just makes it harder.If it was for effort alone we would all be skinny and perfect. But its allot more to it..
