i loved today. it rained. its been so hot here in london. i hate the heat.
133lbs today :( last weight i posted was 138.
i did hit 130 on saturday. now its only a memory.
i ate meat yesterday and day before (which btw i hated the taste of, and never eating it again!), so i guess this is the price i pay.
putting on 3lbs in 3 days is not nice.
i want control.
stepping on my scale, and seeing 130 made me smile. my hardwork was paying off.
now its creeping up.
for those of you, who ask what my plan is.
well...
no meat.
no dairy
no eating after 5pm (NOTHING AFTER 5, WHETHER ITS HEALTHY OR NOT, ITS STILL CALORIES!!)
i lost 8lbs in 2 weeks doing that, i hope i can lose 8 more in the next two weeks.
that'll mean me - 125lbs in 2 weeks.
i must do it.
my birthday is in 3 days.some of you may know my age, others may not. i don't give a fuck.
all i know is i'm not eating cake, and if i do..its going straight in the toilet.

wow 8 pounds in two week. I am going to follow your plan now. Starting from tomorrow. I am a vegetarian so its no meat anyway but I will stay away from dairy and have a curfew for food. but on friday I will have an exception as its prom but I will fast for the day then..

not eating after 5 is a great idea, I may need to implement that rule for myself.
